On January 30, 2015, colorful flags fluttered and flowers bloomed, creating a joyful and peaceful atmosphere throughout the company. The "2014 Summary and Commendation and Year End Gala" kicked off.
At 1:30 pm, against the backdrop of the "New Leap, New Dream" stage and guided by the cheerful "Welcome Song", all employees of the company gathered together to hold the "2014 Summary and Commendation Conference". The meeting is divided into six agendas, namely: Mr. Bao will make the annual work summary and work plan of Jiulong Company, and Mr. Zhang will make the annual work summary and work plan of Baina Company
Each agenda was carried out in an orderly manner according to the specified process. During the awarding process, all employees applauded the employees who won the "Advanced Collective", "exemplary individual" and "Annual Contribution Award", admired their achievements, and encouraged themselves to "strive for excellence".
Finally, Chairman Tang Guoming delivered an important speech on "Adapting to the New Normal and Accumulating Power for a New Journey". Chairman Tang affirmed our achievements in 2014 from three aspects: "looking at numbers, looking at innovation, and looking at measures", and proposed 10 key tasks for 2015. In the process of discussing the key work in 2015, Chairman Tang Guoming gave a detailed description of the listing on the New Third Board, corporate culture construction, and safety and fire protection, requiring all departments to complete them as the "top priority" of the year.
At 5:30 pm, the "2014 year-end party" kicked off with applause from over 400 employees and invited guests. The gala has a variety of activities, including singing, magic, three and a half sentences, dance, guitar playing, light and shadow performances, and even exciting lucky draws. While enjoying fine wine and delicious food, drinking and having fun, everyone also enjoyed wonderful performances, participated in lucky draws, and gave applause and cheers.
